V230 Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve

Instructions for use:
V230V231 type self-operated pressure (differential pressure) regulating valve, which is composed of valve body, valve seat, valve core components and other parts, is an energy-saving product that directly relies on the pressure change of the adjusted medium itself to automatically adjust the pressure without additional energy, and can be used for non-corrosive (good high temperature 350 degrees Celsius) pressure device for liquids, gases and steam and other media. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, light industry and other industrial sectors, as well as urban heating and heating systems.

Product features:
Self-operated pressure regulating valves do not require additional energy and can work in places without electricity and gas, which is convenient and energy-saving.
The pressure segment range is fine and intersecting, and the adjustment accuracy is high.
The pressure setpoint can be set continuously during operation.
For the pressure adjustment after the valve, the ratio of the pressure in front of the valve to the pressure behind the valve can be 10:1~10:8.
Rubber diaphragm detection, actuator measurement accuracy is high and action is sensitive.
The pressure balance mechanism is used to make the control valve responsive and precise control.
