ZXS new series of pneumatic membrane angular single-seat control valves adopt a top guide structure and are equipped with a multi-spring actuator, which has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, S-streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in precise control of gas, liquid and other media, and process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level are kept at a given value. It is especially suitable for the adjustment of high viscosity of small valves with small pressure differences, suspended solids and particulate matter fluids, which can avoid coking and blockage, and facilitate self-cleaning and cleaning.
This series of products has a variety of varieties such as standard type, adjustable cut-off type, bellows sealing type, jacket insulation type, etc. The nominal pressure level of the product is PN10, 16, 40, 64; the valve body diameter range DN20~200. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200°C~+560°C, and there are various grades within its range. The leakage standard is class IV or VI. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A variety of varieties and specifications are available.
