ZAZP series electric single-seat control valves accept the DC current signal from the regulating instrument, change the flow rate of the medium to be modulated, and keep the controlled process parameters at a given value. It is widely used in production automation control in electric power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, textile, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industrial sectors.
The nominal diameter of this series of products is from 20 to 200mm, the nominal pressure is 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, 6.4MPa, the operating temperature range is -40°C~450°C, and the acceptance signal is 0~10mA.DC or 4~20mA.DC. Among them, the electric single-seat control valve is suitable for occasions with small pressure difference, large medium viscosity or slightly particulate impurities. Electric sleeve control valves are suitable for large pressure differences. According to the material of the sealing part of the valve trim, there are two types of metal-metal and non-metal-metal seals, the latter of which can reach the VI (zero leakage) standard when the valve is closed. According to different packing materials, it can be divided into two types: general packing seals and bellows seals, the former is used in general occasions, and the latter is used in important occasions where leakage is not allowed. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. The actuators with different actuators can be divided into two types: ordinary type and electronic type. A wide variety of sizes are available.
