Instructions for the use of self-operated pressure regulating valves
ZZY type self-operated pressure regulating valve (ZZY self-operated regulating valve) does not need to add additional energy, and uses the energy of the adjusted medium as the power source to introduce the actuator to control the position of the valve core, and changes the pressure difference and flow at both ends of the bend to stabilize the pressure in front of the valve (or behind the valve). It has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing, and small fluctuation force at the pressure set point, and is widely used in the automatic control of gas, liquid and steam medium pressure reduction and pressure regulation or pressure relief and regulation.
This series of products has three structures: single seat (ZZYP), sleeve (ZZYM), double (ZZYN), and three structures; There are two types of actuators: membrane type and piston type; There are two types of pressure adjustment: pressure adjustment after the valve for pressure reduction (type B) and pressure adjustment for pressure relief (type K). The nominal pressure level of the product is PN16, 40, 64; the valve body diameter range DN20~300; There are three levels of leakage volume: level II, class IV and class VI; The flow characteristics are quick opening; The pressure is segmented from 15~2500Kpa. It can be combined to meet the requirements of user working conditions as needed.
Product features of self-operated pressure regulating valves
Self-operated pressure regulating valves do not require additional energy and can work in places without electricity and gas, which is convenient and energy-saving.
The pressure segment range is fine and intersecting, and the adjustment accuracy is high.
The pressure setpoint can be set continuously during operation.
For the pressure adjustment after the valve, the ratio of the pressure in front of the valve to the pressure behind the valve can be 10:1~10:8.
Rubber diaphragm detection, actuator measurement accuracy is high and action is sensitive.
