Instructions for use:
ZAJW type electric butterfly valve is a rotary control valve, which is an actuator unit in the electric unit combination instrument. The valve body structure has two types: soft seal seat and all-metal valve seat, which are used at normal temperature (-40~180°C) and high temperature (-60~450°C) respectively. It is used for continuous adjustment and intermittent adjustment respectively. There are two types of actuators: mechanical and electronic. Both can accept 0-10mA.DC and 4-2010mA.DC signals to operate the valve opening and closing. The difference is that the latter is an all-in-one design, that is, the servo amplifier is installed directly inside the actuator, which can realize control functions from simple to complex. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, textile, papermaking, and sewage treatment and other production sectors. The nominal pressure of this series of products is 1.6, 4.0, 6.4Mpa. The caliber is from 25 to 200mm, and the input signal is 0-10mA.DC, 4-2010mA.DC1-5V.DC, etc. The allowable leakage levels are IV and VI. The temperature range is -60~450°C.

◇ The actuator is a position transmitter with constant current output characteristics, and the output signal corresponds to the input signal.
It can withstand frequent starts and stops.
◇ The motor adopts a sealed structure, which can be used in the event of water splashing, which is equivalent to IP67.
◇ Strong conversion ability between electric on and off, which can be realized by users on site.
◇ It can realize segmented operation, that is, the input signal can be 4~12, 12~20 mA.DC.
◇ The spool and the seat have a shear effect, so it is especially suitable for cases containing fibers or particulate media.
