The valve body adopts integral casting technology, which has a compact structure, small volume and good pressure resistance;
V-core is installed eccentrically. When closed, the ball core generates an eccentric force, so that the ball core presses the sealing ring tightly and achieves a good sealing effect; When opened, the ball core and the sealing ring are quickly disengaged, effectively preventing the wear of the sealing ring;
The sealing ring form is available in two forms: soft seal and metal seal to meet the requirements of different working conditions, and the sealing surface overlay alloy can be used for some more demanding working conditions;
Due to the eccentric structure, the operating torque is greatly reduced and the allowable pressure difference of the valve is improved.
The ball core surface is hardened, smooth and wear-resistant after grinding, and the sealing surface can be overlayed with Titanium alloy;
The flow path is simple, the circulation capacity is large, and the adjustable ratio is up to 100;
The V-shaped ball core and sealing ring have a shear effect at the moment of closing, which can cut off the fibers and particulate matter in the medium, especially suitable for pulp, sewage and other media containing fibers and particulate matter, and also suitable for general media.
Standard actuators (pneumatic, piston, electric) are interchangeable.
