Instructions for use:
ZSHO type pneumatic piston cut-off ball valve (referred to as cut-off ball valve) is an actuator product in the pneumatic unit instrument cluster, which is generally used in combination with pneumatic components such as solenoid valves. The valve body structure has two types: soft seal seat and all-metal valve seat, which are used at normal temperature (-40~180°C) and high temperature (-60~450°C) respectively. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, textile, papermaking, sewage treatment and other production departments to cut off or open the medium of gas and liquid transportation pipelines, so as to achieve the production process according to a certain procedure.
The shut-off ball valve is mainly composed of a pneumatic piston actuator, a cut-off ball valve, and two parts. According to the needs of the user, the handwheel mechanism can also be configured between the actuator and the shut-off valve, and its structure is shown in Figure 1.
When the pneumatic actuator receives the signal from the adjustment instrument, it drives the valve stem and ball core to rotate and move, so that the valve can be turned from the open (closed) position to the closed (open) position, so as to achieve the control of the flow and cutting off of the medium in the pipeline.
Product features:
• The valve body is an integral structure, and there is no lower valve cover (only the bottom sealing gasket) is provided, and the valve core is equipped with upper and lower sleeve guides, which is stable in operation;
•The valve seat is tightly fitted to the valve core by the threaded sleeve, and the pressing force and relative position with the valve core can be adjusted to ensure that the valve seat and valve core are closely matched and the leakage amount is reduced.
• The surface of the valve spool is ground and processed, and part or all of the overlay stellar alloy is used to increase the surface hardness and improve the service life;
• The seat is made of two different materials to adapt to different temperature ranges.
