ZMBQ Pneumatic Film Shut-Off Valve

Instructions for use:
The ZMBQ type pneumatic membrane shut-off valve adopts a top guide structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, and easy disassembly and assembly.
The shut-off valve receives the signal from the regulating instrument, cuts off, opens or changes the flow direction of the medium, and achieves automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and liquid level. It is widely used in the automatic control and operation control system of production processes in various industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and textile.
This series of products are available in membrane type and piston type. The valve body structure has three types: single seat, sleeve and double seat (two-position tee), the sealing form is packing seal and bellows seal, the nominal pressure level of the product is PN10, 16, 40, 46 four kinds, and the nominal diameter range is DN20~200mm. The applicable fluid temperature is -60~450°C. The leakage level is IV or VI. The flow characteristics are quick opening.

Product features:
The valve is connected to the adjustment mechanism by three vertical by using a multi-spring actuator, which can reduce the overall height by about 30% and the weight by about 30%.
The valve body is designed as an equal-section low-flow resistance channel according to the principle of hydrodynamics, and the number of rated flow systems is increased by 30%.
There are two types of sealing parts of the valve trim: tight type and soft seal, the tight type is hardfacing cemented carbide, and the soft sealing type is made of material material, and the closing and sealing performance is excellent.
Balanced valve trim improves the allowable pressure difference of the shut-off valve.
The bellows seal type forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem, blocking the possibility of media leakage.

Technical parameters

1) The performance and indicators of this product implement GB/T4213-92;
2) If the allowable pressure difference value in the table is greater than the nominal pressure, the nominal pressure value is taken, and if it is less than or equal to the nominal pressure value, it remains unchanged;
3) The allowable value of the table is the standard cylinder value, and different cylinders can be used to increase the allowable pressure difference.
