Product Description:
The ZXX(Q) type pneumatic book-membrane tee high-temperature control valve adopts the thin-walled window-shaped spool structure of the barrel type, which is different from the bush guide of the plunger type spool. Equipped with multi-spring actuator, it has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size, and easy disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in precise control of gases, liquids and other media, and process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level are kept at a given value. It is suitable for the occasion of splitting one fluid into two ways through a three-way valve or merging two fluids into one fluid through a three-way valve.
This series of products has two types: tee confluence and tee split. Nominal pressures are 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa; Valve body diameter range DN25~200. The temperature of the applicable fluid is from -60°C~+450°C. The leakage standard is level IV. There are two types of flow characteristics: straight line and parabola.
