Product Description:
The new series of pneumatic membrane pass-through single-seat control valves of ZXP adopts a top guide structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in precise control of gases, liquids and other media, and process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level are kept at a given value. It is especially suitable for working occasions where the pressure difference between the front and rear of the allowable leakage valve is not large.
This series of products has a variety of varieties such as standard type, adjustable cutting type, bellows sealing type, jacket insulation type, etc. The nominal pressure grades of the product are PN10, 16, 40, 64, and the valve body diameter range DN20~200. Applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200°C~560°C. The leakage standard is class IV or level VI. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of varieties and specifications are available.
