ZXN new series of pneumatic membrane double-seat control valves adopt a double-guide structure and are equipped with multi-spring actuators, which have the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in precise control of gases, liquids, steam and other media, and process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level are kept at a given value. It is especially suitable for the use of not very clean media with large allowable pressure difference and large allowable leakage. This series of products has a variety of varieties such as standard type, bellows sealing type, jacket insulation type, etc. The nominal pressure grades of the product are PN10, 16, 40, 64, and the valve body diameter range DN20~200. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200°C~+560°C, and there are various grades within its range. The leakage standard is class II or IV. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of varieties and specifications are available.
