Product Description:
The YZW type self-operated temperature control valve automatically adjusts the temperature without external energy. It is suitable for various heat exchange occasions such as steam, hot water, hot oil, etc. as the medium. It is widely used in heating, air conditioning, domestic hot water automatic temperature adjustment, as well as special occasion temperature automatic adjustment, such as chemical, textile, pharmaceutical and other production projects.

How it works:
The self-operated temperature control valve uses the principle of liquid heating expansion and liquid incompressibility to achieve automatic adjustment. The liquid expansion in the temperature sensor is uniform, and its control effect is proportional adjustment. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature-sensing liquid in the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid expands, pushing the valve core downwards to close the valve and reduce the flow rate of the heat medium. When the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid contracts, and the return spring pushes the valve spool to open, increasing the flow rate of the heat medium.
