The Jinou self-regulating pressure regulating valve is an automatic constant pressure difference balance valve suitable for hydraulic conditions. It is used for heating, central air conditioning, and other water systems. It supports the automatic regulation of terminal devices in the controlled system, eliminating the pressure of the pipeline network.
1. Operation when using steam:
1. Tighten the screw of the liquid inlet.
2、Slowly open the front and rear shut-off valves of the control valve
3、Adjust the pressure regulating plate, observe the pressure indication value, until it meets the requirements.
4、Unscrew the liquid inlet plug from the condenser
5、Loosen the actuator bleeder plug
6、Use the leakage head to add through the inlet port until the exhaust hole flows out
7、Tighten the exhaust plug and continue to fill with water until water overflows the jet port
ii. Operation at room temperature with gases or low viscosity liquids:
1、Slowly open the shut-off valve before and after the valve;
2、Loosen the exhaust plug until gas or liquid overflows from the actuator
3、Then tighten the exhaust plug again and the control valve can work. The required pressure value can be obtained by adjusting the pressure value. When adjusting, pay attention to the pressure marking value. The action should be slow, and the valve stem should not rotate accordingly.
